Tuam
The design is a response to a specific brief, where the client wanted to incorporate philosophies from the Christchurch ‘Green Frame’ urban scheme. Developing a connection between corporate users with inner city park like surroundings.
The building has been designed as a hospitality, retail and commercial workplace, with interconnecting courtyards and green roof technology.
