Riccarton Corner
The proposal for a mixed use, commercial office, retail and hospitality building.
With Hagley Park opposite, the playful building was designed to reflect the beauty of the park as if the two were connected. The use of dramatic flora inspired shutters and with the innovative green design concepts, the building appears to float over a garden of flora, an architectural and engineering curiosity.
