2degrees House was designed as a state-of-the-art commercial hub for the up and coming Addington business district. Diverse multi-use spaces accommodate varying tenants including hospitality, a fitness centre and corporate businesses.
The design of the building, with its consistent proportion and low maintenance materials bring a fresh look to the existing and future Addington precinct. The complex also includes a two level car-park building with 197 car parks.
