Washdyke Business Park
Proposal for a new mixed use commercial development on the Hilton Highway, in Washdyke, Timaru. The brief was to take an abandoned site and turn it into a thriving retail hub.
The development contains 14,300m² of retail and commercial space. In addition, the design incorporated approximately 325 car parks.
A unique and fresh design approach reflecting the local area, paying particular attention to detail and a creative selection of building materials.
