Lot 122 – The Heights
A new residential design located in ‘The Heights’ development in Wanaka. A challenging, narrow site with the advantage of magnificent views from an elevated stand point. This drove the concept and led us to a slender, modern form while maintaining a typology in keeping with the Wanaka surroundings. The main living area is located on the first floor to frame the view while a balcony extends and cantilevers out over the base structure. A compact, yet functional layout includes an office, large wine cellar and 3 bedrooms. A beautiful feature staircase breaks the form and provides a well lit, landscape filled journey to the first floor.
