Graham has worked in the architectural domain since 1971. Drawing on his 40+ years in the industry, Graham leads the Architects Plus team through varying projects. He has worked extensively with clients and developers, to balance creative design versus cash flow parameters. Graham has a solid grasp of the construction industry, and anchors the overall design direction of the studio.
Blair and Graham have a history of working together spanning 20+ years. Blair has a technical edge and broad understanding of design, CAD software and working documentation. He has developed his own client base for Architects Plus and is integral in the studio’s ‘day to day’ operations. Blair inherently brings his creativity, motivation and personal skills in communicating ideas.
Embarking his career in architecture some 20+ years ago, Nikora joined the Architects Plus team in 2011 after operating his own practice completing commissions throughout the South Island. Nikora is a driven, creative and widely talented designer attentive to all aspects of a project, its formalities and procedures. Taking projects from inception to completion, he is a solid member of the design team.
Melissa’s background is diverse and highly creative, with a variety of international design experience in office, retail and hospitality projects. Mel spent 2 years working for a London firm as their main point of contact, projects include a mall development in Egypt, Westfield UK tenants and international brands such as Sheridan from concept to global roll-out. Mel is technically minded with a keen eye for detail, specialising in interior design.
Milly is a key member of our team with a positive upbeat personality and an interest for great architecture. She came to Architects Plus in 2014 after achieving a Masters in Architecture with a thesis that recognises today’s sustainable architecture is a ‘balance between the end user and the building construction strategies’. Milly is a great communicator and has a growing range of skills across many sectors of architecture.
After completing his Bachelors Degree at CPIT in Christchurch, Cam moved north to undertake his Masters in Architecture at the University of Auckland. Joining us in his breaks from university, Cam brings young and innovative ideas to the studio, with a particular interest in sustainable, modern architecture.
